Відповідно до ч.6 ст.41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» від 25.12.2015 №922-VIII,Сторони домовилися подовжити дію договору № 24-08 від 28.08.2023 р. на закупівлю послуг з підключення та надання доступу до мережі Інтернет на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, а саме: з 01 січня 2024 року по 31 березня 2024 року.

Відповідно до ч.6 ст.41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» від 25.12.2015 №922-VIII, Сторони домовилися що Сума договору № 24-08 від 28.08.2023 р. на 2024 рік дорівнює 1850,00 грн. (без ПДВ), що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної у Договорі, укладеному в попередньому – 2023 році, та яка складає плату за закупівлю послуг на «Послуги провайдерів» за кодом ДК 021:2015 - 72410000-7 (Послуги з підключення та надання доступу до мережі Інтернет).
