Керуючись ч. 6 ст. 41 Законом України "Про публічні закупівлі" та п. 13.3 Договору Сторони домовились:
1. Продовжити дію Договору на строк до 31.01.2023 р. достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку 2023 року та викласти в наступній редакції п. 13.1 Договору:
"3.1. Цей договір діє з моменту його підписання Сторонами до 31 січня 2023 року, а в частині проведення розрахунків за електричну енергію - до повної оплати за використану електричну енергію. Сторони погодили, що умови договору застосовуються до відносин, які виникли між ними з 01.01.2022 року"

Note:
Відповідно до постанови НКРЕКП від 21.12.2022 № 1788 "Про встановлення тарифу на послуги з передачі електричної енергії НЕК "УКРЕНЕРГО"" та керуючись п. 7 ч. 5, ч. 6 ст. 41 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі", Сторони домовилися внести зміни до Договору, а саме: 1.1. Викласти пункт 2.3 розділу 2 Договору в наступній редакції: "2.3. -Кількість електричної енергії - 10 524 кВт*год. 1.2. Викласти пункт 5.1 розділу 5 Договору в наступній редакції: "5.1. Ціна за 1 кВт•год. електричної енергії становить 4,416667 грн. , крім того ПДВ- 0,890261 грн, всього з ПДВ- 5,341568 грн. 1.3. Збільшити суму Договору на 1 955,02 грн. (одна тисяча дев'ятсот п'ятдесят п'ять гривень 2 коп.) , що не перевищує 20 % від суми Договору, з метою здійснення видатків на початку 2023 року на час проведення процедури закупівлі пункт 5.2 розділу 5 Договору в наступній редакції: "Загальна вартість Договору становить 46 493,69 грн., крім того ПДВ - 9 298, 73 грн, всього з ПДВ- 55 792,42 грн. 2. Викласти Додаток 1 до Договору в новій редакції, визначеній в додатку 1 до цієї додаткової угоди.
