Керуючись п. п.1 та 2 п.19 Постанови Кабінету Міністрів України від 12 жовтня 2022 року № 1178 «Про затвердження особливостей здійснення публічних закупівель товарів, робіт і послуг для замовників, передбачених Законом України “Про публічні закупівлі”, на період дії правового режиму воєнного стану в Україні та протягом 90 днів з дня його припинення або скасування» п.2.3 та п. п. 8.2.1.1. і 8.2.1.2. Договору поставки пального від 14.03.2024 року №2, в зв’язку зі значним зростанням ринкових цін на нафтогазопродукти, що підтверджується довідкою Торгово-промислової палати № 272 від 15.07.2024 р., Сторони домовились зменшити обсяги закупівлі та провести збільшення ціни товару за одиницю.
Бензин А-95 - 1170 літр - 48,78 грн. (з 14-03-2024 по 09-08-2024);
Бензин А-95 - 2450 літр - 52,86 грн.;
Дизельне паливо - 2000 літр - 50,16 грн.
