Note:
1.Сторони дійшли згоди продовжити строк виконання зобов’язань (строк поставки товарів) та викласти Пункт 5.1 розділу 5 «Поставки товару» Договору № 12 від 02.04.2026 р. у новій редакції:
«5.1. Поставка Товару здійснюється до 31.07.2026 року».
2.Усі інші умови Договору залишаються незмінними, і Сторони підтверджують свої зобов'язання за ними.
3.Дана Додаткова угода є невід’ємною частиною Договору № 12 від 02.04.2026 р. та набирає чинності з моменту її підписання Сторонами.
4.Додаткова угода складена у двох автентичних примірниках, що мають однакову юридичну силу, по одному для кожної із Сторін.
