Note:
1) У зв'язку з виробничою необхідністю, на підставі п.5 ст.41 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" викласти п.3.1 розділу 3 "Термін та строки" договору №67 від 01.09.2020 р. новій редакції:
"3.1. Строки виконання робіт встановлені даним Договором, визначаються наступним чином;
-початок робіт: з моменту підписання даного Договору;
-Завершення робіт: до 24.12.2020 р. включно або до повного виконання договірних зобов'язень."
2) Сторони дійшли згоди внести зміни до реквізитів Виконавця за договором №67 від 01.09.2020 р. та викласти в наступній редакції.
3)Всі інші умови зазначеного Договору залишаються без змін.
4)Дана додаткова угода діє з моменту підписання сторонами, є невід'ємною частиною Договору та складання у двох примірниках-по одному примірнику для кожної із сторін.
