Дійшли згоди в преамбулі Договору слова та цифри «ліцензія на постачання природного газу, газу (метану) вугільних родовищ за регульованим тарифом, переоформленої рішенням Національної комісії, що здійснює державне регулювання у сферах енергетики та комунальних послуг від 01.09.2015 р. №2247» змінити словами та цифрами «ліцензія на право провадження господарської діяльності з постачання природного газу на території України, затвердженої Постановою НКРЕКП від 16.05.2017 року №653». З 01.06.2017 року ціна газу становить 8987,52 грн. з ПДВ.

Сторони дійшли згоди з 01.10.2017 року викласти підпункт 2.9.2 Договору у наступній редакції: "пп. 2.9.2 На підставі отриманих від Споживача даних та/або даних Оператора ГРМ Постачальник протягом трьох робочих днів готує два примірника акта приймання передачі природного газу за розрахунковий період, підписаних уповноваженим представником Постачальника у письмовій формі або з використанням електронного цифрового підпису відповідно до ЗУ "Про електронний цифровий підпис" та ЗУ "Про бухгалтерський облік та фінансову звітність" за допомогою модулю "Електронний документообіг" до програмного забезпечення "M.E.Doc IS". Сторони дійшли згоди з 01.10.2017 року викласти пункт 3.2 Договору у наступній редакції: "3.2. Ціна газу становить 7917,10 грн. за 1000 куб.м. крім того ПДВ 1583,42 грн., всього з ПДВ - 9500,52 грн."
