До терміну виконання робіт не входить термін узгодження проекту у відповідних державних органах, органах місцевого самоврядування , проходження експертизи проектної документації. Інші умови вищевказаного Договору залишаються незмінними і Сторони підтверджують по ним свої зобов'язання.»
