Керуючись ч. 6 ст. 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», а також з урахуванням положень додаткової угоди №1 від 28.12.2021р. до Договору, Сторони прийшли до згоди продовжити дію Договору на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку 2022 року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в початковому Договорі про закупівлю, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на досягнення цієї цілі затверджено в установленому порядку
