1. Сторони домовилися, доповнити розділ 2, договору № 109 від 25.07.2017 року, пунктом 2.1.1, а саме «Фінансування на виконання підрядних робіт проводиться поетапно: - на 2017 рік в сумі 1 653 435 грн. (один мільйон шістсот п'ятдесят три тисячі чотириста тридцять п'ять грн. 00 копійок), згідно виділених асигнувань; - на 2018 рік в сумі 1 361 565 грн. (один мільйон триста шістдесят одна тисяча п'ятсот шістдесят п'ять грн. 00 копійок), згідно виділених асигнувань.» 2. Внести зміни до розділу 3 договору, а саме п. 3.1. викласти в наступній редакції: «Виконавець зобов'язується виконати роботи до 30 квітня 2018 року». 3. Сторони домовилися внести зміни до розділу 8 договору, а саме п. 8.1. викласти в наступній редакції: «Цей Договір набирає чинності з моменту підписання Сторонами та діє до ЗО квітня 2018 року, а в частині проведення розрахунків та гарантійних строків до повного виконання Сторонами прийнятих на себе розрахунків».
