Початок робіт визначається датою підписання договору по Об’єкту, закінчення робіт – датою прийняття Об’єкта в експлуатацію після повного виконання робіт Підрядником відповідно до умов Договору та проектно-кошторисної документації. Термін виконання робіт – з моменту підписання Договору та скріплення печатками Сторін і діє до 29 листопада 2019 року при наявності своєчасного фінансування, але у будь-якому разі до повного виконання робіт за предметом закупівлі та в рамках укладеного Договору»; «п.10.2. Договір набирає чинності з моменту його підписання і діє до 29 листопада 2019 року, а в частині зобов’язань до повного їх виконання». Внести зміни до додатку 3 (План фінансування будівництва на 2019 рік), та додатку 4 (Календарний графік виконання робіт) до Договору та викласти їх в новій редакції.

1. Відповідно до п.1 ч.4 ст.36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» та п.3.3 Договору, сторони дійшли згоди, що ціна цього Договору зменшилась і становить 4250,35057 тис. грн. з ПДВ. 2. Внести зміни до п.4.1 розділу 4 Договору «Порядок здійснення оплати» та викласти їх у наступній редакції: «п.4.1. Підлягають виконанню в 2019 році роботи на суму 4250,35057 тис.грн. з ПДВ». 3. Внести зміни п.5.1 розділу 5 «Виконання робіт» та п.10.2 розділу 10 «Строк дії договору» і викласти їх у наступній редакції: «п.5.1. Початок робіт визначаються датою підписання договору по Об’єкту, закінчення робіт – датою прийняття Об’єкта в експлуатацію після повного виконання робіт Підрядником відповідно до умов Договору та проектно-кошторисної документації.
