- ціна газу - 4752,00 грн.;
тарифу на послуги транспортування природного газу виходу з податок на додану вартість у розмірі 20% до ціни газу - 950,40 грн.»для внутрішніх точок

Сторони дійшли згоди внести зміни до Договору № 1 від 03.01.2020 р. вп4.1. а саме:
«Ціна на природний газ у 2020р. за 1000 куб. м спожитого природного газу, з
урахуванням тарифу на послуги транспортування природного газу для внутрішніх точок виходу з газотранспортної системи складає 6272,64 грн. (шість тисяч двісті сімдесят дві гривні 64 копійки) з урахуванням ПДВ, у тому числі:
- ціна газу - 5227,20 грн.;
- податок на додану вартість у розмірі 20% до ціни газу - 1045,44 грн.»

Сторони дійшли до згоди продовжити дію Договору на початок наступного 2021 року , в обсязі , що не перевищує 20% суми , визначеної в Договорі : сума пролонгованого Договору на 2021 рік складає - 124416,00 грн( Сто двадцять чотири тисячі чотириста шістнадцять грн.00 коп.) з ПДВ.
Дана додаткова угода набирає чинності з моменту її підписання Сторонами та діє з 01.01.2021 року до 31.03.2021 року.
