Сторони домовились на підставі пункту 1 частини 4 статті 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» зменшити обсяги закупівлі зокрема з урахуванням фактичного обсягу видатків замовника на суму 40877грн. 05 коп. (Сорок тисяч вісімсот сімдесят сім грн. 05 коп.), в т.ч. ПДВ – 6812,84 грн.(Шість тисяч вісімсот дванадцять гривень 84 коп.) та у зв'язку з чим визначити у пункті 3.1. ціна цього Договору становить 511679,95 грн. (П’ятсот одинадцять тисяч шістсот сімдесят дев’ять грн.. 95 коп.), в т.ч. ПДВ – 85279,99грн.(Вісімдесят п’ять тисяч двісті сімдесят дев’ять гривень 99 коп.). Ціна Договору визначається з урахуванням розділу V Податкового кодексу України, з наступними доповненнями та змінами.
