1. Викласти п. 3.1 розділу III «Ціна договору» в наступній редакції: «Ціна цього Договору становить 260 827 968,00 грн (Двісті шістдесят мільйонів вісімсот двадцять сім тисяч дев’ятсот шістдесят вісім грн. 00 коп.) у тому числі податок на додану вартість – 43 471 328,00. Фінансування послуг у 2019 році здійснюється за рахунок субвенції з державного бюджету місцевим бюджетам і становить 44 616 132,00 грн. (Сорок чотири мільйони шістсот шістнадцять тисяч сто тридцять дві грн. 00 коп.) у тому числі ПДВ -7 436 022,00». 2. Ця додаткова угода набирає чинності з моменту її підписання та діє до 31 грудня 2020 року. 3. Всі інші умови Договору залишаються незмінними і Сторони підтверджують по них свої зобов’язання. 4. Внести наступні зміни в розділі XIII Договору, а саме: банківську реквізити підрядника викласти у наступній редакції: р/р 26002010494526 у ПАТ «БАНК ВОСТОК» МФО 307123 р/р 26006183591 у ПАТ «МТБ БАНК» МФО 38168 5. Ця додаткова угода складена у двох примірниках, які мають однакову юридичну силу, по одному для кожної із Сторін. 6. Додатки до додаткової угоди: договірна ціна на 2019 рік (Додаток 1), графік виконання послуг на 2019 рік (Додаток 2), план фінансування на 2019 рік (Додаток 3).
