3.3. Ціна природного газу за 1000 куб.м. включає компенсацію вартості послуги доступу до потужності, а також ПДВ 20 %. Загальна ціна природного газу за 1000 куб.м. складає 6 918,37 грн., в т.ч. ПДВ.
3.4. Ціна, зазначена в п.3.3. Договору, може змінюватися відповідно до Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі". Зміна ціни узгоджується шляхом підписання додаткової угоди до цього Договору.
3.7. Загальна сума Договору складається із місячних сум вартості газу поставленого Споживачеві за даним Договором і становить 263 692,85 грн. в т.ч. ПДВ 20%.
