Керуючись вимогами пункту 5 статті 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» сторони дійшли взаємної згоди щодо продовження строку дії договору. Сторони домовились укласти цю додаткову угоду на продовження строку дії договору надання послуг з централізованого опалення № 155 від 04 серпня 2017 року (далі - «Договір») на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку 2018 року, а саме до 31 березня 2018 року.

Керуючись вимогами пункту 5 статті 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» сторони дійшли взаємної згоди щодо укладення цієї Додаткової угоди до договору про надання послуг з централізованого опалення № 155 від 04 серпня 2017 року (далі - «Договір») на суму 2 875,00 грн. (Дві тисячі вісімсот сімдесят п’ять грн. 00 коп.), що не перевищує 20% суми, визначеної у даному Договорі.
