Note:
Сторони дійшли згоди внести зміни до п. 9.2. та п. 9.3. розділу 9 «Термін дії договору» Договору від 23.01.2024р. № 1 виклавши їх в наступній редакції:
«9.2. Договір набуває чинності з дати його підписання уповноваженими представниками Сторін і діє до завершення воєнного стану, оголошеного Указом Президента України від 24.02.2022 №64 «Про введення воєнного стану в Україні» (зі змінами), але не довше 31 грудня 2024 року. Закінчення терміну дії Договору не звільняє Сторони від виконання своїх зобов'язань, що виникли під час дії Договору або в зв'язку з його виконанням.
9.3. Договір припиняє свою дію в разі завершення воєнного стану в України».
