1. На підставі п. 2 ч. 4 ст. 36 ЗУ «Про публічні закупівлі» збільшити ціну за 1000 куб. м. газу природного на 840,00 грн. з ПДВ. Після збільшення ціна за 1000 куб. м. газу природного складає 10650,00 грн. з ПДВ., що не перевищує 10 % від попередньої ціни. 2. Зменшити обсяг природного газу на 3,809 тис. куб.м. після зменшення обсяг природного газу складає 44,476 тис. куб.м. 3. Зменшити загальну суму договору на 6,45 грн. з ПДВ. Після зменшення загальна сума договору складає 473669,40 грн. з ПДВ.
