Даний Договір набуває чинності з моменту його підписання уповноваженими представниками Сторін і скріплення печатками Сторін та діє з моменту підписання Договору по 31.12.2023 року, а в частиніф фінансових зобов'язань - до повного виконання своїх зобов'язань".
