1. Сторони, у зв’язку із введенням воєнного стану в Україні, відповідно до Указу Президента України від 24.02.2022 «Про введення воєнного стану в Україні», дійшли згоди продовжити строк дії договору до 31.12.2022 року, у зв’язку із чим викласти пункти 7.1 Договору в наступній редакції: «7.1 Даний Договір набирає чинності з дня підписання його Сторонами і діє до 31.12.2022р., але в будь-якому випадку до повного виконання Сторонами своїх зобов’язань.». 2. Викласти в новій редакції додатки до договору: Календарний план (Додаток 3).
