Керуючись п. 4 ч. 5 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" та наявністю документально підтверджених об'єктивних обставин, Сторони дійшли згоди про продовження строку виконання зобов'язань щодо виконання робіт до 12.12.12021 та п. 4.1 договору викласти у новій редакції: "Роботи за даним Договором мають бути виконані до 12.12.2021."
п. 14 "Додатки до Договору": Додаток № 2 до договору - календарний графік виконання робіт викласти у новій редакції.
