«Замовник сплачує Підряднику попередню оплату в розмірі 30% від загальної вартості робіт (згідно п.п.3 пункту 1 постанови КМУ від 23.04.2014 № 117(із змінами та доповненнями) – на строк не більше трьох місяців.
Замовник сплачує Підряднику у 2019 році попередню оплату у розмірі 30% від вартості робіт, які передбачено виконати в 2019 році, а саме 52 585,22грн ( п’ятдесят дві тисячі п’ятсот вісімдесят п’ять гривень 22 копійки) з ПДВ 20% шляхом перерахунку коштів на небюджетний рахунок Підрядника 37120090002433 у ДКСУ м. Київ, МФО 820172.
Підрядник зобов’язується використати одержану в 2019 році попередню оплату на придбання необхідних для виконання робіт матеріалів, конструкцій, виробів протягом 5 (п’яти) днів після одержання авансу. Обґрунтуванням вартості придбання матеріалів, виробів та конструкцій можуть слугувати рахунки та накладні на відпуск товарно-матеріальних цінностей, що придбавалися для виконання будівельних робіт у звітному періоді.
Остаточний розрахунок на підставі актів виконаних робіт за формою КБ-2в та довідки про вартість виконаних робіт за формою КБ-3 перераховується на розрахунковий рахунок підрядника 26008908901 в АТ «МетаБанк» м. Запоріжжя, МФО 313582.»
