Враховуючи частину 6 статті 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» від 25 грудня 2015 року № 922-VIII (зі змінами), ст. 651, 653 та 654 Цивільного кодексу України, Сторони дійшли взаємної згоди укласти цю Додаткову угоду про продовження строку дії Договору на строк достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в Договорі, а саме: 268640,00 грн.Дана Додаткова угода набирає чинності з моменту її укладання і діє до 31.01.2022 року, або до повного виконання зобов’язань по даній Додатковій угоді.
