Відповідно до рішення сесії Лисичанської міської ради від 01.03.2019р. № 61/919, яким на 2019рік виділено фінансування у сумі 607570,00грн. на виконання робіт «Капітальний ремонт системи опалення комунального закладу «Навчально-виховний комплекс школа І-ІІ ступенів-ліцей «Гарант» Лисичанської міської ради Луганської області», згідно пунктів 3.5., 11.2. Договору та відповідно до обсягів робіт, зазначених у кошторисній документації, Сторони домовились визначити суму договору на 2019рік, внести зміни до Договору і доповнити пункт 3.5. Договору підпунктом 3.5.1. у наступній редакції: « 3.5.1. Ціна договору у 2019році складає 606861,65грн. (шістсот шість тисяч вісімсот шістдесят одна грн. 65коп.) без ПДВ.
