Керуючись Постановою Національної комісії, що здійснює державне
регулювання у сферах енергетики та комунальних послуг № 580 від 22.04.2019 р.
«Про затвердження Змін до деяких постанов НКРЕКП», Постановою
Національної комісії, що здійснює державне регулювання у сферах енергетики та
комунальних послуг № 2001 від 21.12.2018 року «Про встановлення тимчасових
тарифів для АТ «УКРТРАНСГАЗ» на послуги транспортування природного газу
для точок входу і точок виходу на перший рік другого регуляторного періоду, та
визнання такими, що втратили чинність, деяких постанов НКРЕКП» Сторони
домовилися внести зміни до Договору постачання природного газу № 19-391 від
29.01.2019 р (далі - Договір), а саме:
1. Пункт 3.2. розділу 3 Договору викласти в новій редакції:
«3.2. Ціна газу на момент укладення договору становить 9593,63 грн. за 1000 куб. м,крім того ПДВ 1918,73 грн., всього з ПДВ - 11 512,36 грн., у тому числі: вартість
природного газу 719685,72 грн., крім того ПДВ 143937,14 грн., що становить 863622,86 грн.»

Згідно п.10 Розділу ІІ Постанови Національної комії, що здійснює державне регулювання у сферах енергетики та комунальних послуг № 1437 від 27.12.2017р.Споживач самостійно контролює власне газоспоживання та для недопущення перевищення підтвердженого обсягу природного газу в розрахунковому періоді має самостійно і завчасно обмежити(припинити)власне газоспоживання.На підставі зазначеного та враховуючі ст.651-654 Цивільного кодексу України, зміни в Кодексі газотранспортної системи, згідно з розділами ІІ та VІ Правил постачання природного газу, затверджених постановою НКРЕКП від 30.09.2015р. № 2496.Сторони домовилися внести зміни до Договору у Розділі 2 "Якість, обсяг природного газу та умови його постачання"п.2.3-2.6;п.2.13 та у Розділі 6"Відповідальність сторін"п.6.2.3.

У зв'язку зі зниженням ціни на природний газ на ринку, керуючись п.5, ч.4, ст.36 ЗУ "Про публічні закупівлі" Сторони домовились зменшити ціну газу і внести зміни до договору на закупівлю природного газу № 19-391 від 29.01.2019року, а саме:
1. розділ ІІІ п.3.2. Ціна газу на момент укладення договору становить 9041,67 грн за 1000 куб.м., крім того ПДВ 1808,33 грн., всього з ПДВ 10850,00 грн., у тому числі: вартість природного газу зменшується на 34503,93 грн. та становить 690932,44 грн., крім того ПДВ 138186,49 грн., що становить 829118,93 грн.;
2. розділ ХІІ Реквізити сторін.
