Note:
Керуючись п. 10.1. Договору «Цей Договір набирає чинності з дати його підписання Сторонами і діє до 31.12.2024 року, а в частині проведення розрахунків до повного їх завершення». Таким чином, поставка товару здійснювалась в терміни визначені Договором, а саме з 01.01.2024 по 31.12.2024, а остаточне проведення розрахунку Сторонами було здійснено в січні 2025 року, що і було підтверджено укладанням додаткової угоди. При укладанні додаткової угоди Сторони керувались частиною 3 статті 631 Цивільного кодексу України, так як умови цієї Додаткової угоди застосовуються до відносин, що виникли між Сторонами до моменту її укладення.
