Пункт 3.1. Договору доповнити п.п. 3.1.1 наступного змісту: «Загальна вартість підрядних робіт на 2019 рік становить 3 931,18591 тис. грн. (три мільйони дев’ятсот тридцять одна тисяча сто вісімдесят п’ять гривень дев’яносто одна копійка) (в т.ч. ПДВ 655,19765 тис. грн.), відповідно до календарного плану-графіку виконання робіт та фінансування, що додається. Джерело фінансування - кошти державного фонду регіонального розвитку. Вартість робіт визначається у Договірній ціні, що укладається згідно капітальних вкладень поточного року за затвердженою проектно-кошторисною документацією». Визначено порядок здійснення оплати авансу (п.п.4.2.1.), посилено відповідальність Підрядника (п.7.5).

Пункт 3.1. Договору доповнено п.п. 3.1.1 наступного змісту: «Загальна вартість підрядних робіт на 2019 рік становить 4 336,96948 тис. грн. (чотири мільйони триста тридцять шість тисяч дев’ятсот шістдесят дев’ять гривень сорок вісім копійок) (в т.ч. ПДВ 722,82824 тис. грн.), відповідно до календарного плану-графіку виконання робіт та фінансування, що додається. Джерело фінансування: кошти державного фонду регіонального розвитку в сумі – 3 931,18591 тис. грн. та кошти обласного бюджету в сумі - 405,78357 тис. грн. Вартість робіт визначається у Договірній ціні, що укладається згідно капітальних вкладень поточного року за затвердженою проектно-кошторисною документацією». Визначено порядок здійснення оплати авансу (п.п.4.2.1.), посилено відповідальність Підрядника (п.7.5). Внесено зміни в банківські реквізити Замовника. Додаткова угода №2 втратила чинність.
