З метою забезпечення безперервного постачання природного газу Споживачу для підтримання опалення та гарячого водопостачання в опалювальний період, а також для недопущення зупинення котельної та руйнування системи опалення (її розмерзання та пошкодження) Споживача, що може призвести до негативних екологічних та техногенних наслідків, керуючись п. З ч. 5 ст. 41 ЗУ «Про публічні закупівлі» Сторони домовились збільшити обсяг передачі Товару (вказане не призведе до збільшення суми визначеної в Договорі) та зумовить покращення становища Споживача в частині отримання додаткового необхідного обсягу предмета закупівлі. Відтак Сторони погодили продовжити строк передачі Товару по зменшеній ціні в межах строку дії Договору.
Строк передачі Товару: січень-березень (включно) 2022 року.
Загальна вартість Товару становить 15 871 010,72 грн з ПДВ
