Note:
Згідно інформації ТБ «Українська енергетична біржа» середньозважена ціна природного газу за останні чотири місяці зазнала коливання у сторону збільшення ( більше 20 відсотків). Так само вартість природного газу на європейських хабах зазнала коливання у сторону збільшення ціни (майже на 50 відсотків), як наслідок і приведена вартість природного газу на європейських хабах до кордону України збільшилася вдвічі. Тобто наявні об’єктивні підстави вважати, що на ринку природного газу наявні коливання ціни, а отже і необхідність перегляду ціни за одиницю товару, без збільшення суми, визначеної в договорі.
Згідно з додатковою угодою ціна за 1000 м.куб. газу встановлюється на рівні 4949,96 грн. без ПДВ, крім того ПДВ - 989,99 грн., разом з ПДВ 5939,95 грн. Докладніше в тексті договору.
