1. На підставі п.1 частини 5 статті 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» уклали цю додаткову угоду про зменшення обсягів закупівлі, зокрема з урахуванням фактичного обсягу видатків замовника.
2. Зменшити суму Договору
3. Викласти п.п.3.1. Договору у новій редакції
4. Внести зміни до Специфікації. Специфікація в новій редакції додається до цієї додаткової угоди та і є невід’ємною частиною договору (Додаток № 1 до Угоди).
5. Договір припиняє дію з 28 лютого 2022 року
