1. На підставі п. 5) ч. 5 ст. 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», керуючись п. 2.3 та п. 18.5 Договору, Сторони дійшли згоди про зміну ціни в Договорі в бік зменшення (без зміни кількості (обсягу) та якості робіт) за рахунок зниження ціни будівельних матеріалів. 2. На підставі п. 1) ч. 5 ст. 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», керуючись п. 1.6 та п. 18.5 Договору, Сторони дійшли згоди зменшити обсяг закупівлі за Договором з відповідним зменшенням ціни Договору після її зменшення відповідно до п. 1 цієї Додаткової угоди.
