1.Керуючись частиною 5 статті 36 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" Сторони дійшли згоди продовжити строк дії Договору на час достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку 2021 року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної у договорі, укладеному у попередньому році та викласти перший абзац пункту 10.1 Договору в наступній редакції:
"10.1. Договір набирає чинності з моменту його підписання, та діє до 31.01.2021 р., а в частині не виконаних зобов’язань - до їх повного виконання. " .
2. Внести зміни до п.1.2 Договору, додавши інформацію "Планові обсяги постачання газу на 2021 рік по місяцях наступного змісту:
"Планові обсяги постачання газу на 2021 рік по місяцях: 1 квартал-січень 2032"
