1. Сторони дійшли згоди викласти п.3.1. Розділу 3 «ВАРТІСТЬ ДОГОВОРУ ТА ПОРЯДОК РОЗРАХУНКІВ» в наступній редакції:
«3.1. Загальна вартість цього Договору складається із суми вартості усіх наданих Послуг відповідно до всіх Актів наданих Послуг, які (Акти наданих Послуг), належним чином оформлені та скріплені печатками Сторін та оригіналів рахунків-фактур, та не може перевищувати 425 000,00 грн. 00 коп. (чотириста двадцять п’ять грн. 00 коп.) без ПДВ, крім того ПДВ 85 000,00 грн. 00 коп. (вісімдесят п’ять тисяч грн. 00 коп.), усього разом з ПДВ 510 000,00 грн. (п’ятсот десять тисяч грн. 00 коп.)».
