Відповідно до ст.651,653 та 654 Цивільного кодексу України, п. 8 ч. 5 та ч. 6 ст. 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» та п.12.4 Договору № 270 від 24.12.2021 року, уклали дану Додаткову угоду про наступне: 1. Пункт 3.1 Договору № 270 від 24.12.2021 року доповнити таким реченням: «Загальна сума договору , згідно цієї Додаткової угоди, додатково становить 150660,00грн. (сто п’ятдесят тисяч шістсот шістдесят гривень 00 копійок).
