Так як дію договору було продовжено до 31 березня 2021 року; загальний об'єм постачання природного газу на 2021 рік не може перевищувати 20% суми договору(додаткова угода №7). Так як в додатковій угоді №7 було вказано тільки відсотки , а не сума тому була заключена додаткова угода №8 на загальну суму , яка становить 188738.80 грн, що певна сума не перевищує 20 % суми ,визначеної в договорі, який укладено в попередньомі році ; в обсязі 29.968243 тис.м.куб.
