Керуючись п.2 ч.5 ст. 41 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" та п.3.5 Договору Сторони домовились збільшити ціну за одиницю товару (молоко пастеризоване 2,5% жирності) не більше ніж на 10 відсотків у зв'язку із коливанням ціни такого товару на ринку та без збільшення загальної вартості Договору. З урахуванням цих змін виникла необхідність у зменшенні обсягів закупівлі та ціни Договору. Сторони домовились внести зміни та викласти п. 3.1. Договору в новій редакції.
