Керуючись положеннями п.2 частини 5 статті 41 Закону України « Про публічні закупівлі», Експертним висновком № В-796/4 від 01.11.2021року Кіровоградської регіональної торгово-промислової палати та пунктом 3.5 розділу 3 Договору про закупівлю № 30/04-2021 від 28.04.2021р. Сторони домовились збільшити ціну за одиницю товару – до 10 відсотків без збільшення вартості (суми) Договору.
