Відповідно до п.1 ч.4 ст.36 Закону України від 25.12.2015 N922-VIII «Про публічні закупівлі» Сторони, за взаємною згодою, домовились внести зміни до п. 5.4. розділу V «Тариф та порядок розрахунків» Договору, а саме: Доповнити п. 5.4. Договору наступним реченням:
«Загальна сума договору зменшується на 541 813 грн. 95 коп. з урахуванням ПДВ. та становить 823 186 грн. 05 коп. (вісімсот двадцять три тисячі сто вісімдесят шість грн. 05 коп.), з урахуванням ПДВ.

Згідно до ч.5 ст.36 Закону України від 25.12.2015 N 922-VIII «Про публічні закупівлі» та пункту 12.2 Договору «Дія цього Договору може продовжуватися на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної у данному Договорі, відповідно до чинного законодавства», Сторони домовились внести зміни до п. 12.2 розділу ХІІ «Строк дії договору та інші умови» Договору, а саме:
1.1. Доповнити п. 12.2. Договору наступним реченням:
«Цей Договір набуває чинності з дати підписання та діє до 31 березня 2019 року, але в будь-якому випадку, в частині розрахунків за отримані послуги з постачання природного газу для споживачів, що не є побутовими цей Договір діє до повного погашення заборгованості за ним.»
