Сторони погодили продовжити строк дії Договору на строк, достатній для проведення Замовником процедури закупівлі на початку 2023 року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в Договорі, укладеному в попередньому році, після затвердження видатків на цю мету в установленому порядку.

Сторони, керуючись частиною шостою статті 41 ЗУ " Про публічні закупівлі" із урахуванням положень, визначених постановою КМУ від 12.10.2022 № 1178 , пунктом 3.5. Договору , уклали додаткову угоду про наступне: 1. Сторони погодили, що вартість послуг Виконавця у 2023 році складає 101244 грн. без ПДВ грн. , що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в Договорі про закупівлю, укладеному в попередньому році, з урахуванням всіх додаткових угод.
