Керуючись п.2 ч. 5 ст. 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» а також на підставі довідки з торгівельно-промислової палати України №СИО-в000174 від 06.07.2021 року та №СИО-в000296 від 04.11.2021 року, де зазначені середні ціни на внутрішньому ринку нафтопродуктів у липні 2021 року та листопаді 2021 року, Сторони домовились внести зміни ціни за одиницю товару, а саме: бензин А-92 – 29,77 грн./літр з ПДВ; дизельне паливо – 30,11 грн./літр з ПДВ; газ скраплений – 18,58 грн./літр з ПДВ. Ціна договору становить 632240,00 грн ,в т ч ПДВ 105373,33 грн., що дорівнює загальній вартості товару. Інші умови договору залишаються незмінними.
