1. У відповідності до пункту 2) частини 5 статті 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» (зі змінами) Сторони дійшли до спільної згоди внести зміни до пункту 5.1. Договору про закупівлю товару № 103 від 16.03.2021 року та Додатку № 1 до нього, виклавши їх у наступній редакції:
пункт 5.1. Договору про закупівлю товару № 103 від 16.03.2021 р.:
«5.1. Ціна Договору згідно з Специфікацією (Додаток № 1 до даного Договору) становить:
Ціна без ПДВ – 2 649 389,02 (два мільйони шістсот сорок дев'ять тисяч триста вісімдесят дев’ять грн. 02 коп.) гривень;
ПДВ – 529 877,80 (п’ятсот двадцять дев'ять тисяч вісімсот сімдесят сім грн. 80 коп.) гривень;
Ціна з ПДВ – 3 179 266,82 (три мільйони сто сімдесят дев'ять тисяч двісті шістдесят шість грн. 82 коп.) гривень.
Ціна товару включає вартість його доставки на склад ПОКУПЦЯ, вартість тари, упаковки, маркування та всі інші можливі витрати ПОСТАЧАЛЬНИКА, пов’язані з укладанням та виконанням цього Договору.»
