п.3.2. Ціна за 1000.00 м3 природного газу з урахуванням тарифу на транспортування трубопроводами становить 8334,2 грн., крім того ПДВ 20% 1666,84 грн., всього з ПДВ 10001,04грн. Ця угода набирає чинності з моменту підписання її сторонами. Керуючись ст.631 Цивільного кодексу України сторони встановили, що умови даної додаткової угоди застосовуються до відносин сторін. які виникли з 1 листопада 2017 року.
