На підставі п.2 ч.5 ст.41 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" та у зв'язку із коливанням ціни на ринку Сторони домовилися внести зміни до Договору купівлі-продажу продуктів харчування № 1Д від 06.01.2021 р. та збільшити ціну за одиницю товару, а саме : масла солодковершкового селянського 72,5% жиру на 7,0%.Сторони домовилися викласти Специфікацію до Договору в редакції, що додається.
