Note:
Відповідно до ч.5 ст.36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» дія договору про закупівлю може продовжуватися на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в договорі, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на цю мету затверджено в установленому порядку.
На підставі вищенаведеної норми Закону, Сторони дійшли згоди про продовження дії Договору від 18.01.2018 р. № 24 на термін дії до 28.02.2019р. в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми визначеної в цьому Договорі.
