У зв язку зі зміною тарифу на послуги з централізованого водовідведення, згідно з постановою Національної комісії, що здійснює державне регулювання у
сферах енергетики та комунальних послуг, від 31.07.2024 № 1399 «Про встановлення тарифів на централізоване водопостачання та централізоване
водовідведення Комунальному підприємству «Харківводоканал»» Сторони дійшли згоди внести наступні зміни до Договору, а саме:
Викласти в новій редакції пункт 1.2 Розділу 1 та п.3.1 Розділу 3 Договору № 18565/02-Б-2 про закупівлю послуг з централізованого водовідведення
за державні кошти без проведення процедури закупівлі від 24.01.2024р
