2.1. Ціна цього Договору становить 420 000,00 грн. з ПДВ (ціна Договору визначається з урахуванням Податкового кодексу України).
2.2. Сума визначена в п. 2.1. цього договору включає в себе (з урахуванням положень Програми реформування та розвитку житлово-комунального господарства м. Миколаєва на 2020-2024 роки):
- кошти міського бюджету – 404 915,70 грн. (на зобов'язання по цьому Договору береться виключно сума коштів міського бюджету). Замовник не відповідає за відносини, що склалися між ОСББ та Підрядником.
- кошти ОСББ (до 10% від загальної суми, що необхідна для реалізації цього об’єкту) – 15 084,30 грн., відповідно до Договору між Підрядником та ОСББ (копії знаходяться в УЖГ департаменту ЖКГ ММР).
