У зв’язку із збільшенням ціни за одиницю товару, що підтверджується Експертним висновком Запорізької торгово-промислової палати №ОИ-1196 від 16.09.2022р., сторони домовились змінити ціну за одиницю товару в бік збільшення до 10 відсотків при цьому зменшивши загальний обсяг товару та викласти у новій редакції Додаток №1 і Додаток №2 до Договору про закупівлю товарів № 35 від 25.08.2022 року, що додаються до цієї додаткової угоди. У зв’язку із збільшенням ціни за одиницю товару та зменшенням загального обсягу товару, сторони домовились внести зміни в п.3.1. Договору про закупівлю товарів № 35 від 25.08.2022 року та викласти його у новій редакції
