У зв'язку із внесенням змін щодо тарифу на послуги з розподілу електричної енергії, що є регульованим, згідно із Постановою НКРЕКП №1921 від 10.09.2019 р., керуючись п.7 ч.4 ст.36 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі", сторони за Договором досягли згоди щодо зміни ціни на послуги з розподілу електричної енергії в бік збільшення з 0.358392 грн. до 0.540468 грн. за 1 кВт*год (з ПДВ), виклавши п.2.5, 5.3, 5.6 Договору в новій редакції.
