Постачальник зобов’язується поставити товар в порядку та за ціною, визначеною в Договорі № 94 від 23.03.2020 року в період з 04.01.2021 по 31.03.2021 року.
2. Загальна сума вартості Договору № 94 від 23.03.2020 року на момент підписання даної угоди з усіма змінами становить 508 031,30 (п’ятсот вісім тисяч тридцять одна) грн. 30 коп. (з ПДВ). Відповідно до затверджених видатків на 2021 рік 20 відсотків від загальної суми договору складає 84 660,30 (вісімдесят чотири тисячі шістсот шістдесят) грн. 30 коп. (з ПДВ).
3. Кількість/обсяг товарів згідно п. 1.1 з урахуванням змін становить 4 315 кг.
