Відповідно до Протоколу засідання тендерного комітету № 239 Сторони узгодили внести зміни до п. 4.2. цього Договору, а саме: зменшити суму розрахунків за бюджетні кошти на 61,16 грн. (Шістдесят одна грн. 16 коп.), збільшити суму розрахунків за кошти підприємства на 61,16 грн. (Шістдесят одна грн. 16 коп.). Загальна сума розрахунків за бюджетні кошти складає 9938,84 грн. (Дев’ять тисяч дев’ятсот тридцять вісім грн. 84 коп.), за кошти підприємства – в сумі 101661,16 грн. (Сто одна тисяча шістсот шістдесят одна грн. 16 коп.). Загальна сума по договору залишається без змін.

Зважаючи на не виконані зобов’язання Покупця перед Постачальником, які виникли у 2018 році, але не були профінансовані, та відповідно до Рішення XXXV Сесії Кременчуцької міської ради Полтавської області VII скликання від 21.02.2019 р., Сторони вирішили погодити наступні умови: Заборгованість Покупця перед Постачальником, що виникла у 2018 році, та не була профінансована, у розмірі 9938,84 (дев’ять тисяч дев’ятьсот тридцять вісім грн., 84 коп.) гривень, буде погашена (сплачена) після фактичного фінансування (асигнування) видатків Покупця за даними зобов’язаннями, з міського бюджету.
