підтверджується Експертним висновком Рівненської Торгово-промислової палати № В-168 від
09.12.2025 р., пропонуємо Вам змінити ціну товару у бік збільшення пропорційно коливанню ціни
такого товару на ринку, що не призведе до збільшення суми Договору, у відповідності до до ст. ст.
651-654 Цивільного кодексу України, пп.2 п. 19 Постанови КМУ від 12 жовтня 2022 р. № 1178, п.
15.1, 15.2. Договору про закупівлю № 1/22 від 23.10.2025 року, та просимо підписати Додаткову
угоду до Договору про закупівлю № 1/22 від 23.10.2025 року про збільшення ціни за одиницю
товару.
